To provide a bespoke concierge experience, we may collect information that falls into the following categories:

Identifiers: Name, alias, unique personal identifier, online identifier, IP address, email address, and account name.
Sensitive Personal Information: Social security numbers, driver’s license, or passport info (only when required for high-value contracts), and precise geolocation.
Commercial Information: Records of real property, products or services purchased, obtained, or considered, and other purchasing or consuming histories.
Professional/Employment Information: To verify buyer qualifications for exclusive listings.
Inference Data: Profiles reflecting your architectural preferences, design aesthetics, and service expectations.

You may request that we delete any personal information we have collected from you, subject to certain legal exceptions (such as maintaining records for active real estate transactions or tax compliance).

If the bespoke data we hold is inaccurate (e.g., outdated property valuations or contact details), you have the right to request a correction.

4. The Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information

We only use your sensitive personal information (like financial data) to perform the specific services requested (e.g., closing a home sale). You have the right to limit any use outside of these essential services.

5. Right to Opt-Out of Sale or Sharing

Bleu Concierge does not sell your personal information. We do not share your data with third parties for cross-contextual behavioral advertising.

IV. How We Share Information

We only disclose your information to "Service Providers" and "Third Parties" as necessary to execute your specific instructions:

Sub-Vendors & Artisans: We provide only the technical specifications (e.g., dimensions, material requirements) to contractors and designers. Your identity is shielded unless necessary for site access.
Legal & Financial Intermediaries: Information is shared with escrow officers, lenders, and legal counsel only to the extent required to finalize a transaction.
Regulatory Authorities: When required by law or to protect the integrity of a real estate transfer.

V. Data Retention

We retain your information only as long as is necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in your bespoke service agreement and to comply with California’s real estate record-keeping laws (typically for a minimum of three years from date of closing or listing expiration).
